After School Program Co-Director

 

Term of Employment: Non-Exempt Position; 10 Months; Part Time (less than 20hr/wk)

 

Qualifications: High School graduate with completion of at least two years of higher education or completion of an associate’s degree, required. Experience working with children preferred; must have or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification and BSAC (Basic School Age Care Training).

 

Duties: Coordinate after school care program to include; completing all paperwork necessary for subsidized reimbursement; processing applications; maintaining parent handbook; collecting fees; organizing indoor and outdoor recreational activities, planning arts and crafts activities; serving afternoon snack; supervising students; assisting with homework; working with school bookkeeper; supervising and evaluating after school staff; other duties as assigned by school principal.
